Guest scores and detailed hotel feedback
My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms were nice, but some issues affected my sleep quality. The hotel staff was friendly and responsive, but there were some safety concerns with vagrants on the premises. The location had its ups and downs, with convenient amenities nearby but also noise disturbances. Overall, a stay with some highs and lows.
The hotel rooms were clean and peaceful, but noise outside disturbed my sleep. The smell in the room was lovely, though I expected better for the price paid.
Despite the expectation of quiet and peaceful rooms, my stay was disrupted by noise from outside, making it hard to sleep. On the bright side, the staff were quick to respond during office hours and incredibly friendly and efficient. The location, while shady, had some concerns with vagrants in the vicinity, but overall, the hotel provides a convenient place to stay. Unfortunately, the presence of disruptive individuals in the area was a drawback. The dining experience, particularly the risotto, was enjoyable. In terms of facilities, there were some notable amenities available.
I had a difficult time getting any sleep due to the noise from people outside; the rooms are very basic. The hotel has vagrants sleeping in the games room, but the separate staff from the parking area are incredibly friendly, flexible, and efficient. Although there was a kind individual who helped me set up my tent, they are aware of this behavioral issue. The location is referred to as the 'Broncs,' where there are disturbances with people fighting and being rowdy. However, it is within walking distance to Cairns or Port Douglas. The dining experience offers authentic Indian dishes, and the facilities are standard.
The hotel has a nice smell and comfortable rooms, but noise from outside can disrupt sleep. The service is flexible and friendly, although there were vagrants in the games room. The location is shady and nice but attracts rowdy individuals. Dining options include fresh vegetables. The facilities are adequate.
